Keep the Flame of Hope Alive with the Modern Day Maccabees
Yashar LaChayal’s Warm Corners are one of our favorite projects! Every Warm Corner rest station provides soldiers on break from patrol with a cozy spot where they can grab snacks and hot drinks. They give our soldiers a comfortable and secure place to relax and feel appreciated while also giving the local residents a greater sense of security.
Each Warm Corner is built with the initial support of a generous sponsor, but in order for us to keep the Warm Corners well-maintained and fully stocked we need your support. Below are eight of our Warm Corners, representing eight nights of Chanukah. This campaign will raise funds to keep them stocked and equipped with whatever will make our soldiers’ stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Pick a Warm Corner you like when you donate and help us reach our goal. When we reach the goal for each Warm Corner we’ll light a candle above our menorah. You may also choose to donate to the rest stations without choosing a specific Warm Corner.
