Emergency Warehouse

For years, Yashar LaChayal has provided essential supplies to soldiers stationed on the front lines, and this work has been formalized and expanded since October 7, with the opening of an emergency warehouse in Modi’in.

How does it work?

- The commanding officers of different units contact our warehouse coordinator and provide a list of items that each unit requires. This could be first aid kits, thermals, socks, sleeping bags, water backpacks, and more.
- Our dedicated volunteers locate the items in the warehouse and package the orders for the unit, to be ready by the date and time requested by the officer.
- A member of the unit comes to pick up the order, and delivers it to their fellow soldiers.

In this way, we can meet the real-time needs of our soldiers stationed out in the field. Since October 7, Yashar LaChayal has provided humanitarian equipment to tens of thousands of soldiers on the front lines.
