We Opened Our 50th Warm Corner!
We opened our 50th Warm Corner at Kibbutz Sa’ad in memory of fallen soldiers Daniel Perez and Rose Lubin z”l. Thank you Maspeth Jewish Center in New York for donating this Warm Corner. We can’t wait to see soldiers visit the corner!
We are Sponsoring a Program for Charedi Soldiers’ Wives
Yashar LaChayal is sponsoring a pioneering 10-week program for Haredi army wives in Tiberias that will provide professional guidance in navigating this process, as well as providing a support system and community for these women. We are excited to partner in this new venture to support Haredi soldiers and their families during their service in the IDF.
We Organized a Tiberias Getaway for Soldiers
And so, after a fifth round of reserve duty, Yashar LaChayal arranged a getaway in a beautiful hotel in Tiberias for 70 soldiers and their partners. The soldiers had an opportunity to relax and reconnect with their partners, while enjoying breathtaking views of the Kinneret, delicious food, and an evening of live music with Akiva!
We Visited Injured Soldiers in Sheba Hospital
On our visit to Sheba Hospital, we met with brave soldiers who were injured in Gaza. Despite their injuries they were in good spirits, and we treated them to gift cards to show our love and appreciation!
We Provided Shabbos food for Soldiers in Gaza
Yashar LaChayal sponsored delicious Shabbat food for over 100 of our brave soldiers in Gaza so that they can celebrate Shabbat even when they are far away from home.
Sukkot at our Warm Corners
The sukkot at our Warm Corners have been hosting the most honored guests – our amazing soldiers!
We Arranged a Pool Day for Our Soldiers and Border Patrol Officers
This summer, we have treated dozens of IDF soldiers and Border Patrol officers to a pool day, to provide them with the opportunity to destress, relax, and enjoy the sunshine!
We Provided Tactical Gear to Medics in Gaza
Yashar LaChayal provided tactical medical backpacks to medics in Gaza to facilitate their life-saving work. These high-quality backpacks have a large capacity to hold an extensive amount of medical supplies, and have easily accessible and detachable compartments so that medical equipment can be swiftly located in an emergency.
